Chase Bank The applicant seeks the following development standards variances: Docket No. 05110034 V ZO Chapter 23F.13.01.A prohibited sign type Docket No. 05110035 V ZO Chapter 25.07.02-08.b number of signs WITHDRAWN The site is located at 200 E Carmel Drive and is zoned B-8/Business within the Carmel Dr – Range Line Rd Overlay. Filed by Susan Johnson of Skyline Signs, Inc. General Info: The petitioner would like to erect two signs (one wall sign and one ground sign) on the site, which has two road frontages. One of the signs proposed is a EXECUIVE DR ground sign; this sign type is not allowed in the Carmel Drive – Range Line Road Overlay. Analysis: Carmel Drive curves south at this location and also intersects with Executive Drive. The building sits back E CARMEL DR and sits at an angle on the site, which fronts on two road frontages. This parcel is on the east edge of the Overlay Zone. The petitioner has taken down an existing pole sign on the site and would like to replace it with a ground sign, as well as 1 wall sign on the south façade.
