1. This item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
2. Mailed and Published Public Notice does not need to occur.
3. Proof of Notice is not needed.
4. This item will appear on the Tuesday, August 2, 2005, agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies
Committee.
5. The Filing Fee and Eight (8) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona
Hancock no later than NOON, Friday, July 22, 2005. Failure to submit Informational Packets and Fee by this time
will result in the tabling of the petition to the September 6, 2005, Plan Commission Special Studies Committee
Meeting. (If you cannot make the Friday deadline, we can accept the packets on Monday).

1.) Provide/show the signage dimensions as measured from top to bottom and left to right, to encompass the
whole sign & logo.
2.) Write a short paragraph explaining all exterior modifications in this petition.
3.) A variance from the Board of Zoning appeals will be needed, for having a 3rd sign (only 2 frontages). The
development standards variance instruction sheet and application may be downloaded from the website at
http://www.ci.carmel.in.us/services/DOCS/DOCSA.htm
4.) Will the sign be halo-lit or exterior lit?
5.) Provide photos of the existing signs and their square footage ( 35 s.f. each).
6.) A sign permit application should be submitted after this and BZA approvals.
