Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This item will be on the August 17, 2005, agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (T AC).
2. Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Friday, August 26, 2005. Published notice is
required within the Indianapolis Star.
3. The Filing Fee and Fifteen (15) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary
Ramona Hancock no later than NOON, Friday, September 9, 2005. Failure to submit Informational Packets by
this time will result in the tabling of the petition to the October 18 agenda of the Plan Commission.
4. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than Noon, Friday, Sept. 16, 2005. Failure
to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
5. This item will appear on the September 20, 2005, agenda of the Plan Commission (under "Public Hearings").
6. This item will appear on the Tuesday, October 4, 2005, agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies
Committee.
7. As per 6.03.07 cul-de-sac lengths must not exceed 600'. Per the proposed plans you will need to request a
subdivision waiver from this standard.
