GTE Mobilnet of Indiana LP d/b /a Verizon Wireless seeks special use
approval to construct a new cell tower in a B -3 zone. The site is located northeast of
City Center Drive and Pennsylvania Street in Carmel, Indiana. To approve this
project, Verizon Wireless' Application for Special Use will be heard at a Public
Hearing on Monday, February 24, .2014,. at 6:00 p.m. by the Carmel Clay Board of
Zoning Appeals, per the enclosed Notice of -Public Hearing. The Hearing will be
held in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana.

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel /Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the 24th day of
February, 2014, at 6:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will
hold a Public Hearing upon an Application for Special Use requesting approval to construct a new cell
tower in a B -3 zone. The site is located northeast of City Center Drive and Pennsylvania Street in
Carmel, IN 46032.
