Dear Mr. J ett:
This letter is in response to your DP Amend! ADLS Application for Maplecrest Commons. Members at the
T AC Meeting will make additional comments on September 21. Please complete the following items:

Please add the docket number to the site plan, 05080040 DP Amend/ADLS.
Remember to include the Findings of Fact sheet in your info packets.
Bring material/color samples to the Plan Commission meeting.
Provide a copy of the drainage calculations.
Add Medford Place to the label on the building on lot 3, on the overall development plan.
Lighting: provide details/graphics of all lighting on the site, such as wall sconces, security lighting, etc. to
show uniform design, color, etc. Per Chapter 23C.12.B, show how your light fixtures complement those
of Bank One & Medford Place. . (.~
Provide more details on the J'ftfIH~g pele lights and if they will have a 90-degree cutoff with flat lenses.
Signage: provide material, color, and lighting details of ALL signs (wall & ground) on Lot 1. Note that
sign permits will be required.
Signage: it is strongly recommended the signage details for this site mimic the signage approved for
Medford Place. - -:> LD\O(S
Signage: show sign locations on the building elevations and show/label ground signs on the site plan.
Signage: A variance will be required to have signs not facing the Commerce Drive road frontage, per
Chapter 25.07.02-9.b.
Signage: On the Northeast comer of site is a ground sign. If this sign is only to serve Medford Place, this
sign must acquire BZA variance approval to be off-premise. Otherwise, it is an illegal sign. Also, shift the
sign west to be outside of the 15-ft DE/UE. And, provide a letter from the Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Co.
