Long Branch Estates, Sections 1 & 2 The offsite sewers needed for this development and the Eagle Ridge development are held up in an appeal of the IDEM permit. Discussions with the developer are ongoing relative to the timing for provision of sanitary sewer service. College Hills PUD We have only received the most preliminary plans which do not provide any details on how this project would connect to the District's sewer system. The developer's attorney has been advised that there is a sewer capacity issue in the area which will need to be resolved before sewer service can be provided. Village of West Clay, Sections~ AG02 & 6502 The plans have been reviewe~e District's consulting engineers, Samuel L. Moore & Associates, and have been submitted to IDEM for State permit approval. We are a member of the IUPPS underground locate network so call 1-800-382-5544 before you dig! Please feel free to contact me if you have questions or need additional information.
