Petitioner seeks favorable recommendation of a rezone from the S-l/residence district
to the R-5/residence district on 34.825:1: acres. The site is located in the 11000 block
of North Michigan Road. The site is zoned S-l/residence within the US 421/Michigan
Road Overlay Z011e.
At the March 6.. 2001.. meeting of the Subdivision Committee.. the Committee
voted unanimously to forward this Item to the Plan Commission with a favorable
recommendation.
The Department recommends favorable consideration of this petition.

Petitioner seel(s Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage approval for

At the March 6.. 2001.. meeting of the Special Study Committee.. the following
Conditions of Approval were specified:
1. the fence adjacent to the drain to incorporate brick pillars with caps
2. foundation plantings to be included in front of building
3. landscape lighting to be installed
4. light standard on east side of parking lot to be removed
5. sidewalk connection to multi-use path to be shown on site plan
