These documents dedicate a part of the northern right of way for 136th Street (Smokey Row Road) along the Reading Tree Park Subdivision, approximately 975' west of the Rangeline Road/136TH Street roundabout, which is located in part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24,Township 18 North, Range 3 East of Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana. Total acreage dedicated will be 0.316 acres (13771 Square feet). On behalf of the City of Carmel, I would like to thank Mr. Moffitt for this Dedication of Right of Way.
