Re: Woodhaven Subdivision, Section 1, Lot 28 (12-01 SP)
Dave,
Our office has reviewed the Secondary Plat application filed for Woodhaven, Section 1, Lot 28.
The following are comments that need to be addressed and plans updated accordingly:
· Please delete the Note regarding the Zoning District on the Plat.
· A copy of the Covenants and Restrictions for W oodhaven Subdivision need to be filed. In
addition, please amend the Covenant & Restriction cross-reference to include "as amended."
· Monuments and Markers are required per Section 8.2 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance.
· Please include "Woodhaven, Section 1, Lot 28" above the words "Secondary Plat" in the title
block.
· The filing fee of $560.00 for the Secondary Plat (Replat) needs to be paid.
· It appears from the Town of Zionsville Zoning Map dated March 2000, that the land being platted
within Boone County is incorporated into the Town. If this is, in fact, the case, you will need to
obtain permission from the Town for the Department to proceed in this matter.
· What instrument do you plan to record in Boone County to make this plat appear in a Title
search?
Once these changes have been made and permissions obtained, please produce a mylar copy for signature
by this Department. Two paper copies of the plat must be filed with the mylar both prior to recording.
Following recording, one mylar and three paper copies of the Secondary Plat will need to be returned to
the Department prior to permits being issued.
