At the meeting held Monday,March 24,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearmg Officer took the
following action regarding the Development Standard Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at 11925 North
Mendian Street.
APPROVED:Docket Nos. 14030003 V, 14030004 V and 14030005 V: Development Standard Variances for 59.5 feet
build to line(90 feet required);75%maximum parcel coverage(65%allowed)and zero feet greenbelt along US 31 (30
feet required)
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.

Dear Mr. Reis:
At the meeting held Monday, March 24,2014,the Cannel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Development Standard Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at 11925 North
Meridian Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 14030003 V, 14030004 V and 14030005 V: Development Standard Variances for 59.5 feet
build to line(90 feet required),75%maximum parcel coverage(65%allowed)and zero feet greenbelt along US 31 (30
feet required).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05 05 Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is March 24,2017.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
