Please provide the Proof of Publication affidavit from the Noblesville Times,once you receive it. 5. The notice to the neighbors should be done by certified mail with return receipts. Please provide green signed return receipts from the certified mailings once you receive them. 6. Please provide filled out and notarized Placement of Public Notice Sign affidavit. 7. Please provide the Petitioner's Affidavit of Notice of Public Hearing form (page 8). 8. What will the new width of the Greenbelt be? Based on the exhibit submitted, it does not appear that the new right-of- way will take all of the Greenbelt. 9. Will there be room to maintain some landscaping along the US 31 right-of-way. The State of Indiana has taken a portion of the Hotel's property to expand the existing U S Highway 31 right-of-way by approximately 31 feet in order to upgrade the highway to freeway standards This taking will result in the elimination of the required 30 foot greenbelt, the reduction in the built-to line (distance from the building to the highway right-of-way line) from the required 90 feet to 59 5 feet, and increase the lot coverage from the maximum of 65% to 75% Approval of these variance requests will allow the site remain legally conforming to and with the Carmel Zoning Ordinance 9) Present zoning classification of the property.
