Based on the exhibit submitted, it does not appear that the new right-of-way will take all of the Greenbelt. - Will there be room to maintain some landscaping along the US 31 right-of-way. If not, could some of the required landscaping be located elsewhere on site? - Currently the bike parking on this site is not located near the front entrance as the Zoning Ordinance requires. Can a few additional parking spaces be added near the front entrance to satisfy the ordinance? Recommendation: After all comments and concerns have been addressed,the Dept. of Community Services recommends approval of Docket Nos. 14030003-05 V. 2
