ADVISORY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel /Clay Board of Zoning Appeals
will meet on the 28th day of April, 2014 at 5:15 pm in the City Hall Caucus
Rooms, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 and hold a Public Hearing upon
a Development Standards Variance application to permit the construction of a
single family home with a lot coverage of 59% of the existing home site.
To facilitate such construction, Applicant has requested variances from
Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance Chapter 23D.03.C.2.c(iii) to permit a
single family home to exceed the existing 45% lot coverage and allow this home
to have a 59% lot coverage with the addition of a rain garden on the southeast
corner of the property.
The subject property affected by the application is owned by John Noble
and is known as 410 1st Ave NW, Carmel, Indiana 46032
The application is identified as Docket No.14030016 V.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above
application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard
at the above - mentioned time and place.
