To facilitate such construction, Applicant has requested variances from Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance Chapter 23D.03.C.2.c(iii) to permit a single family home to exceed the existing 45% lot coverage and allow this home to have a 59% lot coverage with the addition of a rain garden on the southeast corner of the property.
