Any mechanical equipment visible from an adjoining street or highway shall be screened with suitable walls or fencing and in general be architecturally compatible with the building(s) with which it is associated. All HVAC equipment shall be located on the roof of the building. CHAPTER 4.0 SPECIFIC PROVISIONS. Section 4. · imum Suildin Setbacks.
