Dear Wes:
Pursuant to your request in the Technical Advisory Committee
meeting on Thursday, June 23, 1988, we have researched the
feasibility of sidewalks for the above referenced property. We
have concluded, based upon the configuration of the current
Pennsylvania right of way and upon there presently being no
interconnection with other sidewalks, that sidewalks may not
be appropriate for this project at this time.
Notwithstanding our conclusion as referenced above, we shall
cooperate with the city of Carmel to include sidewalks on our
property as the need exists or upon an implementation of a
master plan by the city for sidewalks in our area.
We trust the above meets with your approval and appreciate your
cooperation pertaining to this matter.

Re: Two Meridian Plaza
Dear Chuck:
We are in the process of revising the landscape, design, and signage
plans on the above referenced project based upon our meeting of
Wednesday, June 1, 1988. The package shall be revised reflecting
the changes and or clarifications expressed by you in our meeting
as follows:
1. The site plan shall indicate the required parking for
general office as one space per 300 square feet.
2. The landscape plan shall provide a burm or plantings,
or perhaps a combination of both to screen the parking
lots from Meridian Street.
3. We shall also incorporate plantings along Pennsylvania
Street consistent with those for One Meridian Plaza and
Three Meridian Plaza.
4. The landscape plan shall provide a note indicating that
we shall replace the proposed spaded trees with other
trees of a reasonable size in the event the spaded trees
die.
5. The lakes on the plan will be wet reflecting lakes and shall
be so indicated on the site plan.
6. We shall provide notes on the plans indicating the materials
to be used for the exterior scan.

7. The sign package shall indicate the color of each sign
and shall note said signage shall be compliance with
the sign package approved for the Meridian Plaza Office
Park.
8. We shall provide a cut sheet for the parking lot
lighting.
9. The entrance from Pennsylvania Street shall be increased
on each side of the median to 20 to 22 feet.
We shall contact you the latter part of this week in order to schedule
a time convenient for you to meet with us on Monday, June 13 to review
the above changes and or any other items pertaining to Two Meridian
Plaza. In the meantime, if you have any questions regarding Two
Meridian Plaza, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
