Show emergency spillway and flood routing for proposed retention pond on plan. 2. Show spot elevations along inverted crown on proposed new entrance (drive) . 3. Does a culvert pipe exist under existing entrance off U.S. 31? If so, show on plans. 4. Show drainage flow arrows on existing and proposed parking areas. 5. When is proposed retention pond to be built by I.D.O.H.? 6. What is method that pipe will be extended to proposed lake? The Surveyors Office recommends that existing pipe under U.S. 31 be extended with pipe to lake. If you have any questions please call 776-9626. Project #144658. The variance was reviewed by the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission on June 6, 1989. The application requested a variance from Sections 3305(a) ,(g), and (h) of the 1989 Indiana Building Code which states that exit corridors shall not be interrupted by intervening rooms. Additionally, corridors shall be of not less than one-hour fire-resistive construction with pro- tected openings. It was the decision of the Commission to approve the request, subject to the conditions stated in the Official Variance Ap- plication dated May 10, 1989. A copy of the variance application reflecting all conditions shall be retained on file in the Division of Technical Services and Research, above address, as a permanent document.
