Re: Pilgrim Lutheran Church - Rivised
I have reviewed the above referenced plans and have the following
comments.
1 . Show emergency spillway and flood routing for proposed
retention pond on plan.
2. Show spot elevations along inverted crown on proposed new
entrance (drive) .
3. Does a culvert pipe exist under existing entrance off U.S. 31?
If so, show on plans.
4. Show drainage flow arrows on existing and proposed parking areas.
5. When is proposed retention pond to be built by I.D.O.H.?
6. What is method that pipe will be extended to proposed lake? The
Surveyors Office recommends that existing pipe under U.S. 31 be
extended with pipe to lake.
If you have any questions please call 776-9626.
