We have no concerns with the proposed fence. I will add this information to the Williams Mill file as Planning&Zoning approval of the fence. Please note that you should next contact Libby Martin with the Carmel Engineering Department to request review and approval to permit the fence in the easement. We will not be doing the 24' section at this time. Also attached are pictures of the existing fence and what we plan to install will look exactly the same. It will sit approximately 65' feet back from the center of Springmill Rd.,which should be out of any easements. Let me know if you need anything else. Look forward from hearing back from you soon.
