Dear Ms.Jones:
At the meeting held Monday, March 24,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Special Exception(SE)and Development Standard Variances(V)filed by you for the property located
northeast of Keystone Parkway and 106`h Street.
APPROVED:Docket Nos. 14020014 SE, 14020015 V and 14020016 V: Special Exception for a tower in a residential
district; Development Standard Variances for 125'minimum north and south and 100-foot west setbacks(250 feet
required);maximum height 150 feet(120 feet allowed)with Commitments:
1. Antennas will be flush-mounted or close-mounted to the tower or internally mounted
2. Co-location will be permitted and accommodated on the tower
3. All subject to Department approval
Please be advised that per Section 30 05 05 Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a,one-time, six-month extension of the approvals must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is March 24,2017.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
