This action has been taken due to the as yet unresolved issue regarding landscaping at Emerald Crest at Hazel Dell Summit, Block J. Once a Landscape Plan has been approved by the Urban Forester and a timeline for implementation set, Emerald Crest at Hazel Dell Summit will be released for further permitting.
