Improvement Location Pen-nit Hold Nos. 1216.02 and 1223.02 for Emerald Crest at Hazel
Dell Summit, Lots 34 and 96, respectively, are currently on hold in the office of the Director of the
Department of Community Services. This action has been taken due to the as yet unresolved
issue regarding landscaping at Emerald Crest at Hazel Dell Summit, Block J. Once a Landscape
Plan has been approved by the Urban Forester and a timeline for implementation set, Emerald
Crest at Hazel Dell Summit will be released for further permitting.
