CARMEL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals, at a
regular meeting on Tuesday, the 27th day of May, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the City
Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a
Public Hearing upon the application for sign variances: maximum number of
signs; and sign in right -of -way; for Greyhound Commons retail center, generally
located at 14480 Lowe's Way.
The application and supplementary documentation may be viewed at the
City of Carmel Department of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel,
Indiana 46032. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above
application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard
at the above - mentioned time and place, or may file written comments with the
Department of Community Services prior to the hearing. The hearing may be
continued from time to time as may be found necessary.

before the Carmel Board Of Zoning Appeals considering Docket Numbers 14040030 V and
14040031 V was registered and mailed at least twenty -five (25) days prior to the date of the
public hearing to the adjacent property owners listed in the exhibit attached hereto and made a
part hereof; and (2) that placement of the public notice sign to consider the Docket Numbers

Attached to this letter is a notice of a forthcoming meeting of the Carmel Board of
Zoning Appeals to be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the Carmel City Hall,
Council Chambers. Kite Greyhound, LLC is requesting the following variances to allow for the
installation of two monument identification signs: maximum number of signs; and sign in right -
of -way; for the Greyhound Commons retail center generally located at 14480 Lowe's Way. I
have also enclosed an aerial photograph of the area identifying the site and the proposed
locations of the signs for your use and reference.
This is a public hearing and you may want to attend; however, your attendance is not
