The application and supplementary documentation may be viewed at the City of Carmel Department of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above - mentioned time and place, or may file written comments with the Department of Community Services prior to the hearing.
