ADVISORY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
DOCKET NO 14040015V AND 14040016V
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel /Clay Board of Zoning Appeals will
meet on Tuesday the 27th day of May, 2014 at 6:OOpm in the City Hall Council
Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 and hold a Public Hearing
upon a Development Standards Variance application to permit the construction of
a single family home on the subject property.
To facilitate such construction, Weekley Homes of Indiana, LLC as
applicant requests variances from Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Chapter 9.04.03 A - to permit a front yard setback along 5th Street SE of 12
feet where the standard for a comer lot is 30 feet.
Chapter 9.04.03F - to permit maximum lot coverage of 37% where the
standard maximum lot coverage for the lot is 35 %.
The subject property affected by the application is owned by Paul & Ileen
Piersall, but is being purchased and developed by Weekley Homes of Indiana,
LLC d/b /a David Weekley Homes. Its address is 450 1st Avenue SE, Carmel,
IN 46032 and legal description is Fosters Addition Lot 7 in Hamilton County,
Indiana.
The application is identified as Docket No. 14040015V; 14040016V.
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows: 29 -10-
30 -316- 010.000 -018

Please let this letter serve notice to you that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on
Tuesday, the 27th day of May at 6:00PM in the City Hall Council Chambers,One Civic Square, Carmel,
Indiana 46032 to hold a public hearing upon a Development Standards Variance Application to permit
the construction of a single family home on the subject property located at 4501st Avenue SE,Carmel,
IN 46032 with a legal description of Fosters Addition Lot 7. Please see attached map for exact location.
To facilitate such construction, Weekley Homes of Indiana, LLC as applicant requests variances from the
