Dear Mr. Churchill.
At the meeting held Monday, April 28,2014,the Cannel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Development Standard Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at
9801 Westfield Boulevard.
APPROVED: Docket No. 13120003 V: Development Standard Variance for minimum setback from the street right-of-
way(5 feet requested;request to place sign within the right-of-way).
APPROVED: Docket No.14020001V: Development Standard Variance for perimeter of parking lots and islands
(curbing required,no curbing requested along areas noted in exhibit in packet)with the Condition the vegetated swales be
installed and designed as a stormwater BMP
Please be advised that per Section 30 05.05- Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is April 28,2017
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
