The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community because: All Safety stanclareds put- in place tc prevent- nhstructinn of sight lines and driver vision by objects placed near right-of-ways or intersections will be maintained. 2. Its placement within the right-of-way will not inhibit any use nor will it negatively affect values in adjacent areas . 3 The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance to the property will result in practical difficulties in the use of the property because. • The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance, could impact the vehicular access to the site, especially for larger vehicles like fire trucks . It would also reduce the visibility of the signage . DECISION IT IS THEREFORE the decision of the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals that Development Standards Variance Docket No. 1312000 3 V is granted, subject to any conditions stated in the minutes of this Board, which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. / Adopted this I .
