Wise Garage, Docket No. 14030014 V Dear Mr Smith, At the meeting held Monday, April 28,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standard Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at 12027 Eden Glen Drive. APPROVED: Docket No. 14030014 V: Development Standard Variance for minimum front yard setback(35 feet required, 13 feet requested). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05 Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is April 29,2017. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
