At the meeting held Monday, April 28,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Heanng Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standard Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at 410 IS`Avenue NW. APPROVED:Docket No.14030016 V:Development Standard Variance for maximum lot coverage(45%allowed,59% requested) with the Condition the rain garden be installed per the standards of the Carmel Engineering Department. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is April 28,2017.
