Dear Mr Reis:
At the meeting held Tuesday,January 28,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Use Variance(UV) and Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at
12960 Old Meridian Street at Main Street.
APPROVED:Docket No.13120026 UV: Use Variance for permitted use(Multi-Family land use requested within Single
Family Attached zoning).

13120028 V:Zero front setback(minimum 10 feet required)

requested(vertical offsets required at intervals of 50 feet for buildings with continuous facades of 60
feet or greater width required)

Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05•Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have
been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is January 28,2017.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
