METERING. IT SHOULD BE APPLIED IN A UNIFORM MANNER AT A RATE
OF 1,200 POUNDS PER ACRE. MIXING AND APPLICATION SHOULD BE
PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S
SPECIFICATIONS.
STRAW MULCH SHOULD BE ANCHORED BY PRESSING STRAW INTO

WITH THE DETAILS SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN.
3. EROSION CONTROL SEEDING: AN INTERIM SEEDING TO BE APPLIED
TO ALL DISTURBED AREAS AS SOON AS FINAL GRADING IS
ESTABLISHED. MIX AND APPLY AS SHOWN IN THE
SPECIFICATIONS. (IF THIS SEEDING IS APPLIED IMMEDIATELY
UPON FINISH GRADING, IT CAN SAVE SOME OF THE FURTHER

WESTCHASE SUBDIVISION CONSISTS OF 13 LOTS AS SHOWN ON THE ENCLOSED PLANS.
STREET & LOTS IN THIS SECTION WILL CONSIST OF CUT & FILL SITUATIONS.
PROPOSED LAKES WILL BE CUT PER HAMILTON CO. STANDARDS. PADS THAT REQUIRE
ADDITIONAL FILL WILL BE DETERMINED ON AN INDIVIDUAL LOT BASIS, TAKING
CONSIDERATION OF HOUSE FLOOR ELEVATIONS IN REGUARDS TO PROVIDING COVER
FOR 100 YEAR FLOOD PROTECTION GRADE.
TOPOGRAPHY AND VEGETATION WILL BE MAINTAINED AND UTILIZED WHERE POSSIBLE.
PROPOSED START DATE FOR CONSTRUCTION WILL BE EARLY SPRING 2000
WITH COMPLETION SCHEDULED FOR SUMMER 2000.
CONSTRUCTION ACCESS AS SHOWN SHALL BE ESTABLISHED AND STABILIZED WITH A
MINIMUM OF 8" OF #2 STONE TO MINIMIZE MUD ACCUMULATION ONTO 146TH STREET.
DUST ON THE PROJECT SITE SHALL BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM BY UTILIZING SPRINKLING,

METHODS.
HOUSE CONSTRUCTION WILL BEGIN UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION OF
