SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
LUMBER MART, INC, APPLICATION
1. Preliminary layout and development plan showing lot lines, easements,
utilities, street widths and location of proposed structures is attached
hereto.
2. The proposed layout and development complies with the requirements
of the zoning ordinances of Carmel, Indiana, with reference to parking,
set back, vision clearance, and recreation areas,
3. Applicant intends to construct the dwelling units in phases. The units
will be designated as Village Homes and the occupancy of such homes
will be sold to the public. There will be approximately 40 to 45 buildings
constructed on the property as shown more accurately in the layout.
Each building will contain approximately 10 units.
4. Because of the cost involved in acquiring land and in the development
thereof applicant requests that no bond be required for the commence-
ment of construction or for completion thereof until such time as
applicant requests a permit for construction of a particular phase of
the development at which time applicant will and does hereby agree
that he will comply with the requirements of the Commission or Board
respecting the posting of such a bond for the phase to be constructed.
Prior to constructing buildings in subsequent phases, applicant shall
post necessary bonds as required by the Commission or Board.
