assumed) 140.00 feet to the southwest comer thereof, thence along the south line thereof South 89 degrees 56 minutes 05 seconds East 103.93 feet to the east right -of -way
line of Indiana Union Traction Boulevard (as shown on said plat) and point on a non- tangent curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 3852,72 feet: thence
northeasterly along said curve and right -of -way line an arc distance of 136.36 feet, said curve being subtended by a long chord bearing North 39 degrees 42 minutes 10
