stated that the whole development is a 100 acre tract to be devt;oped by Tumber Nara
Inc.-13 hole championship golf course. The' Tillage Homes tract is 54 acres. Jim
Bro -1in g is the planner. He started "Land Planning Development" at Purdue university.
Latter there will be a Country Club. They will cooperate on bridge development on
Gray Road,,, Each home faces into court- own garage. Court wall going into each
