This irrigation design is diagrammatic. Actual layout of pipin'.a, sprinkler heads, valves, controllers and related equipment shah be art rrrnine ] on site. Minor field adjustments shall be made at no additional post to Uie owner. 2. It is the responsibility of the irrigation contractor to be familiar with all grades differences, locations of walls, structures and utilities and make the necessary adjustments to accommodate the Irrigation system as designed. Da not willfully install the irrigation system as shown on the drawings when it is obvious in the field that unknown obstructions, grades or dimensions exist that might not have been considered in the engineering. Such obstructions or differences should be brought to the attention of the owner's authorized representative. In the event that this notification is not performed, the irrigation contractor shalt assume full responsibility for any revisions and cost necessary. 3. The irrigation system 1 design is based on a minimum operating pressure at 75 psi the p.o.c. and a maximum flow aemand of 42 yprn. The irrigation system #2 design is based on o minimum operating pressure of 75 psi the p.o.c. and o maximum flow demand of 51 gpm. The irrigation system3 design is Basco on a minimum operating pressure of 55 psi the p.o.c. and a maximum flow demand of 33 gpm. The irrigr_ lion contractor shall verify water pressures prior to construction. Report differences between requirements and actual readings to the owner's authorized representative. 4. The owner shall provide 120V -AC power source at the contrciler location. The irrigation contractor shall make the final connection from the electrical source to the controller. 5.
