Dear Veronica:
I am sending you a revised permit application for Long Branch Estates, Lot 044/00. This is
the lot we discussed on the phone yesterday. I included the application with the cost for
the revision for the elevation change. If this is incorrect, and you need the estimated cost
for construction of the house, that amount would be $150,000. I included the master
permit application and the revision form. I got confused and was not sure which form you
needed so I decided to send you both.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I will be moving to a new office location on
Friday. Starting on Monday, 1/27/03 the new address for Putte's main office will be 11590
N. Meridian Street, Suite #530, Carmel, IN 46032. My telephone number will be 317-575-
