CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETE PATCH AND REPAIR OF ALL SURFACES DAMAGED DURING DEMOLITION AND /OR CONSTRUCTION. WHERE WALL AND FLOOR OUTLETS ARE TO BE REMOVED, ALL DEVICES AND WIRE ARE TO BE REMOVED BACK TO THEIR RESPECTIVE SOURCES. PATCH AND GAP ALL REMAINING OPENINGS AS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH SURFACE FOR NEW FINISH WORK. 4. ANY DOORS, FRAMES, TRIM, FIXTURES, AND OTHER ITEMS OF VALUE OR RE -USE POTENTIAL ARE TO BE SAVED AND RETURNED TO OWNER 5. REFER TO OTHER SHEETS FOR ADDITIONAL DEMOLITION INFORMATION. 6.
