Thank you for your call regarding the signage for the above referenced tenant at I I6th Street Centre.
Yes, I have seen the sign rendering for the tenant and realize that they are requesting a total of 4
signs; 2 illuminated signs on the front of the building and 2 non -illuminated signs in the rear. Despite
the fact that the sign criteria for the center says that each tenant is allowed only 1 of each type of sign,
the landlord has given his consent for them to apply for a permit allowing all 4 signs because the
tenant took two store front spaces and because they are doing business under two different entity
names. Their signs are designed to fall in the same place on the sign band for the building as the
signs would if we had actually leased their space to two different tenants. We are confident this will
not alter the intended look or integrity of the center. I hope this is helpful in your decision process.

Thank you for your call regarding the signage for the above referenced tenant at 116th Street Centre.
Yes, I have seen the sign rendering for the tenant and realize that they are requesting a total of 4
signs; 2 illuminated signs on the front of the building and 2 non -illuminated signs in the rear. Despite
the fact that the sign criteria for the center says that each tenant is allowed only 1 of each type of sign,
the landlord has given his consent for them to apply for a permit allowing all 4 signs because the
tenant took two store front spaces and because they are doing business under two different entity
names. Their signs are designed to fall in the same place on the sign band for the building as the
signs would if we had actually leased their space to two different tenants. We are confident this will
not alter the intended look or integrity of the center. I hope this is helpful in your decision process.

Thank you for your call regarding the signage for the above referenced tenant at 1160i Street Centre.
Yes, I have seen the sign rendering for the tenant and realize that they are requesting a total of 4
signs; 2 illuminated signs on the front of the building and 2 non -illuminated signs in the rear. Despite
the fact that the sign criteria for the center says that each tenant is allowed only 1 of each type of sign,
the landlord has given his consent for them to apply for a permit allowing all 4 signs because the
tenant took two store front spaces and because they are doing business under two different entity
names. Their signs are designed to fall in the same place on the sign band for the building as the
signs would if we had actually leased their space to two different tenants. We are confident this will
not alter the intended look or integrity of the center. I hope this is helpful in your decision process.
