HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic NoticeNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CARMEL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING OFFICER Docket Number 14050005 V and 14050006 V NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer will conduct a meeting on the 27th day of May, 2014, at 5:15 p.m., in the Second Floor Caucus Rooms, City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, to hold a Public Hearing regarding the application, identified by the Docket Numbers referenced above, regarding a request for a development standards variance. The variance request pertains to Section 25.07.02 -03.B and Section 25.07.02 -03.B of the Zoning Ordinance and seeks permission to allow a wall sign that is not facing a public street frontage and an additional wall sign on the east elevation of the building (collectively, the "Variances "). The real estate made the subject of the Variances is located at 4610 East 96th Street in Carmel, Indiana, which real estate is assigned property tax parcel number 16- 14- 08- 00 -05- 001.000 (the "Real Estate "). The Real Estate is presently zoned B -3 (Business) and is approximately 4.61 acres in size. The application is identified as Docket Numbers 14050005 V and 14050006 V and copies of the request and accompanying plans are on file for examination at the Department of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032, telephone (317) 571 -2417.
