Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing
Officer, at a regular meeting on Tuesday, the 27th day of May, 2014, at 5:30 p.m.
in the City Hall Caucus Rooms, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold
a Public Hearing upon the application for a variance to sign standards under the
Carmel Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum sign height for two ground
monument signs from 6 feet to 7 feet 4 inches at the Hamilton Crossing retail
center, located at the southwest corner of Carmel Drive and Pennsylvania Street..
The application and supplementary documentation may be viewed at the
City of Carmel Department of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel,
Indiana 46032. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above
application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard
at the above - mentioned time and place, or may file written comments with the
Department of Community Services prior to the hearing. The hearing may be
continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
