The applicant is proposing a 22 lot subdivision on 38.68 acre with three waivers. Please see the information packet provided by the applicant to view the proposed layout. Staff request the following additional information be presented at the Committee Meeting: 1. Revised plat indicating compliant easements (separate drainage and landscape easementslbufferyards ). 2. A revised plat that is fully compliant to the comments from the Engineering Department TAC review letter (dated May 11, 2005). 3. Details of any entry features and signage (color elevations and material samples). The Department recommends that this item be forwarded to the Subdivision Committee on December 6th for further discussion PCR-2005-1115
