Southeast Quarter of Section 33, a part of the Southwest Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, all in
Township 18 North, Range 4 East in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 33; thence North 00 degrees 15
minutes 27 seconds East (assumed bearing) along the East line of said Southeast Quarter Section, 394.75 feet to
a point on the southern boundary of Brighton Woods Section 1, recorded as Instrument # 9940773 , Plat
Cabinet # 2 , Slide #- 28 , in the office of the recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, the
following two (2) courses are on and along the southern and western boundary of said Brighton Woods Section 1;
(1) South 89 degrees 36 minutes 12 seconds East 181.50 feet; (2) North 00 degrees 15 minutes 27 seconds East
parallel with the West line of the aforesaid Southwest Quarter of Section 34, 1809.63 feet to the POINT OF
