Since this site was developed,there have been changes to the r g ° ^ '� `; ' ,1' ° .il ordinance and so the current development does not meet all of the current t{„” ,r. , , { requirements. The owner is requesting these variances to bring the property into compliance instead of being considered grandfathered. The Department is in support of these variances. Outstanding Comments: - Will there be room to maintain some landscaping along the US 31 right-of-way? - The Department is only in support of the variances to permit the existing site conditions. Any changes to the site will be reviewed against the current ordinance. - The Department is not in support of the proposed new parking that would remove existing greenspace. Any greenspace along US 31 that the State is not taking should remain. Petitioner's Findings of Fact: Please refer to the petitioner's information packet for their Findings of Fact.
