,,_ '' y. etr;k'&"-'',;1;': ,.4, h, ..F e ;^ buildings to meet the current ordinance,but simply
considers them grandfathered. The petitioner, however,
has decided to seek variances for these properties instead of relying on the grandfathered classification.
No changes to the building are proposed at this time. The owner is requesting these variances to bring the property into
compliance instead of being considered grandfathered. The Department is only in support of the variances to permit the
existing site conditions. Any changes to the site will be reviewed against the current ordinance.
Petitioner's Findings of Fact:
Please see the petitioner's information packet for the Findings of Fact.
Recommendation: After all questions and concerns have been addressed, the Dept. of Community Services
recommends favorable consideration of Docket Nos. 14040006-13 & 14040058 V.
