that the proposed maintenance Shed is located in the floodway of Spring Mill Run,
For your information, the floodway has been delineated on the enclosed copy of
the map,
Regulatory Assessment: lC 14-28-1 prohibits the construction of residences and abodes in or on a
floodway, and other types of projects proposed n the floodway require prior
approval from the Department. Prop~se~l projects in the flood fdn~e d(~ not require
approval from the Department. A permit application and instructions are enclosed.
Al projects must comply with all applicable federal, state and local permit
requirements.
Other Requirements: You may have to obtain a perm t from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers under the
Clean Water Act and/or the River and Harbors Act Refe~ to the attachments for
contact information.
