APPROVED:Docket No.14040025 V:Development Standard Variance for ground sign height(six feet maximum ground sign height permitted,seven feet four inches requested). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is May 27,2017.
