Dear Mr. Reis.
At the meeting held Tuesday, May 27,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Development Standard Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at 14480 Lowes Way.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.14040030 V and 14040031 V:Development Standard Variances for number of ground signs
(1 permitted,3 requested)and sign prohibited in right-of-way.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have
been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is May 27,2017.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
