The applicant seeks the following development standards variances for 2 new ground signs:

The site is located at 14480 Lowes Way. It is zoned PUD. Filed by Paul Reis with Krieg DeVault, LLP on
behalf of Kite Greyhound, LLC.

The signs will meet the other requirements of the PUD Ordinance for size and height and they will be designed to match
the existing signage on the property. The additional signs should not have a negative effect on adjacent properties or the
community.

Recommendation: After all comments and concerns have been addressed, the Dept. of Community Services
recommends favorable consideration of Docket No. 14040030-31 V.
