This variance should not have a negative effect on surrounding properties. The garage will be setback 119 feet from the
east property line and over 1,000 feet from the street to the east. In addition,the garage doors will face the existing house
instead of facing the street and the garage will be designed to be complimentary to the architecture of the home.
The Department is in support of this variance.

Recommendation: After all comments and concerns have been addressed,the Dept. of Community Services
recommends approval of Docket No. 14040032V.
