At the meeting held Tuesday,May 27,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Development Standard Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at
9680 Shelborne Road.
APPROVED:Docket No.14050002 V:Development Standard Variance for minimum front yard setback(80 feet per
recorded subdivision,76 feet setback requested)for covered stoop.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05:Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is May 27,2017.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
