Dear Mr.Dobosiewicz:
At the meeting held Tuesday, May 27,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Development Standard Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at
4610 East 96th Street.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.14050005 V and 14050006 V: Development Standard Variances for one sign per street
frontage(sign not facing street frontage•requested on south elevation)and one sign per street frontage(one additional sign
facing east requested for service bay signage).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have
been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is May 27,2017.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
