Notice is hereby given that the Cannel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing
Officer, at a regular meeting on Monday, the 23rd day of June, 2014, at 5:30 p.m.
in the City Hall Caucus Rooms, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold
a Public Hearing upon the application for a variance to allow a maximum ground
sign height of 13 feet for Greyhound Commons retail center, generally located at
14480 Lowe's Way.
The application and supplementary documentation may be viewed at the
City of Carmel Department of Community Services, One Civic Square, Cannel,
Indiana 46032. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above
application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard
at the above - mentioned time and place, or may file written comments with the
Department of Community Services prior to the hearing. The hearing may be
continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
