It is good to see neighbors out walking, working in their yards, visiting and biking in the,neighborhood again. As a self governed Homeowners' Association, your board is,dedicated to keeping the best interest of all homeowners at the center of our actions. One of our roles is to ensure that each homeowner is abiding by the established rules. These rules help protect the value of our property by ensuring each homeowner keeps their home to the neighborhood standards. Our vision is for all of us to work together and keep the lines of communication open when there are concerns or difference of opinions regarding our neighborhood. Our actions are governed by the neighborhood's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Another vision we share is for Spring Lake Estates to continue to be a caring neighborhood where we feel safe and "at home".
