Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 17 North, Range 4 East; thence South 00 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds West
(assumed bearing) on the East line of said Southeast Quarter 1255.00 feet to the Southeast corner of LAKEWOOD GARDENS ADDITION, SECOND SECTION, ADMENDED, a
subdivision in Hamilton County, Indiana, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 2, page 206 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, said
corner being the place of beginning of the within described subdivision; thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds West on the South line of East 98th

5260, In Deed Record 167, pages 562 through 564 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, said point being 350.00 feet Easterly of the
centerline of said Keystone Avenue; thence South 80 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West on said Southerly right -of -way line 203.03 feet to a point on the
Easterly Limited Access Right -of Way Line of said Keystone Avenue which 13 150.00 feet Easterly of said centerline; thence South 41 degrees 16 minutes 00
seconds West on said Limited Access Right -of -Way Line 96.34 feet to a point which is 87.00 feet East of and measured perpendicular with said senterline; thence
South 00 degrees 13 minutes DO seconds West on said Limited Access Right -of -Way Line 538.19 feet to the Northerly line of real estate described in a Deed
recorded in Deed Record 248, page 301 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana; thence South 89 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds East on said
Northerly line 1150.25 feet to the East line of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds East on said East line 578.77 feet to the
place of beginning, containing 15.80 acres, more or less.
